The primary bedroom deck and screened in porch both overlook the Atlantic, where you can savor the ocean waves or watch the kids swim in the neighborhood pool.
The guest room on the first floor has a queen bed and a full bathroom in the hallway. The second floor offers a kids room with 2 twin beds and a tv with streaming services. The kids bathroom has bespoke tile and a full bath tub with glass enclosure.
The Living room offers comfortable seating with an adjacent dining area that seats 6 guests. The kitchen is is well equipped with a center island, granite counters, and bar seating. A separate Wet Bar area available with ice machine and mini refrigerator. You will appreciate spending time on the ocean view screened porch, which has plenty of comfortable seating and a dining table, all accompanied by the sounds of the ocean!
