Welcome to your vacation at the Blue House! This 4 bed, 3 bath home is newly refreshed with all remodeled bathrooms and kitchen upgrades. Savor a short 2 min. walk to the beach, as this home is located just 3 homes back. A brand new Hot Tub has just been installed in the back deck. BBQ on the back deck with a propane grille and tiki bar. Unwind on the front porch swing catching those ocean breezes and evening sunsets.

On the interior of the home you will two living spaces. The upper level includes a comfortable living room, well-outfitted kitchen, and dining area. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks. The additional two rooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen, share a full bathroom. The lower level has a guest suite featuring a kitchenette, den area with huge TV, and stacked washer/dryer. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath.

This home is located at 5 25th Avenue on pretty Isle of Palms, South Carolina. The area has tons to offer with IOP recreational department just two blocks away including playground, soccer fields, tennis courts, and pickleball. Front beach has tons of eateries and stores. Spend your vacation calming or exploring at this island home.

About the Area

Located in Isle of Palms, this vacation home is near the beach. Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wild Dunes Resort Golf Course and Port of Charleston Cruise Terminal. South Carolina Aquarium and Charleston Fishfinder Charters are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • In the Isle of Palms area, The earlier you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • To get the best value, consider shifting your vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.

  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Hosts rely on good reviews to propel new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
