This first-time vacation rental home has so much to offer your family, including linens for 8 guests! 5 Grandiose Pavilion has an refreshed master bathroom plus fresh and charming wood floors. Ocean vistas are featured on the rooftop deck and master bedroom sunroom. Finest yet, 5 Grand Pavilion is in the very heart of Wild Dunes. The Village at Wild Dunes, Boardwalk Inn, Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, numerous eateries, Sand and Sea Spa and shopping are all within two blocks walk of 5 Grand Pavilion.
The floor plan of 5 Grand Pavilion is really unique. The lower level features an open floor plan with a cavernous living room, dining area and kitchen with updated appliances. One of two master suites is located on the first level and features a king bed. A long Charleston porch runs nearly the length of the first level plus the master bedroom features a sunroom overlooking a pretty yard and the paved beach path. The second level features the second master bedroom, also with a king bed and sunroom. A additional room is ideal for the kids! It is split into two sections. The first section features a twin bed and queen bed, with the second section highlighted with two sets of bunk beds (four twins). A additional twin bed is located in the sunroom.

- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-returnable accidental damage protection plan has been supplied in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your event up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be included for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.
