Looking for your dream beach vacation? Look no further than 50 Twin Oaks Lane! This adorable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow and is a few blocks from the beach and enjoys access to some of the amenities that the Wild Dunes Resort offers, from being able to schedule a tee-time at their acclaimed golf courses to dining at one of their six phenomenal eateries. The resort also offers miles of bicycle & walking trails and painless beach access!

This comfortable home offers everything you'll need for an Isle of Palms hideaway. Walk up the front steps and enter to a an open concept living and dining area. With the completely equipped kitchen to the right, you're able to whip up a family breakfast or fast beach lunch before heading out for the day. This home comes with a washer and dryer off the kitchen area. The dining table seats 6, plenty of space to appreciate a meal together! The living room has a comfortable couch and two chairs around a flatscreen TV so you can keep up with all of your favorite shows. Out through the back door, enter the huge screened in porch. With a table and couches there is an abundance of space to savor the outdoors together! There is a gas grille on the non-screened section of the porch.

Back inside you've got three great bedrooms, each with a TV. The main bedroom has a private bath with a tiled shower and doors out to the screened porch. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin on top, the ultimate room for kids! The third bedroom has a king sized bed.

Finally, 50 Twin Oaks is located in the Wild Dunes Resort - A private Resort of 1600 acres, Wild Dunes features six eateries, the Sand and Sea Spa, 17 Har-Tru tennis courts that is ranked in Tennis Magazine Top 10 Tennis Resorts, The Wild Dunes Links golf course and Harbor golf course which Golf Digest consider among the “Finest in the State”, and two miles of bicycle trails. DOES NOT INCLUDE POOL ACCESS.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. A few important notes to be aware: NO HOME PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO FAMILY PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also stringently enforced. This home is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of bigger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is stringently a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

Bed Sizes: 2 Kings, 1 bunk bed with a double and twin.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you may need to purchase these items after you arrive.

Located near the beach, Cozy Beach Cottage Located in Wild Dunes! Large Screened Porch! is in Twin Oaks, a neighborhood in Isle of Palms. Fort Sumter and USS Yorktown are notable landmarks, and some of the area's popular attractions include Patriots Point and South Carolina Aquarium. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's going on at Credit One Stadium, or consider a night out at Historic Rice Mill. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Sticking to a budget:

  • The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Isle of Palms area. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
