The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area July to mid-August. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.**

**The Ocean Point community pool will be closed from October 5, 2026 through March 2027 while the pool and pool deck undergo renovations. Guests may also experience noticeable construction noise during the remodel period.**
