Spend your afternoons in calming on the deck by the private pool or your evenings grilling, dining and appreciating time with family & friends on one of the many porches and patios. Finest of all, it's one of the best locations on the island. Just a short 3 min. walk to the beach or an painless two block walk over to the grocery store and local eateries!

Bedrooms feature over-size closets and an abundance of drawer space. The kitchen is amazing and comes entirely supplied with high quality appliances, a 6 burner gas range, bespoke quartz countertops and an abundance of cookware, dining, and glassware. Stainless steel appliances and handsome quartz counters add to the prepare's kitchen feel. An open kitchen adjoins the dining area that seats 10 guests for dinner. An broad kitchen island adds 4 bar stools for an additional dining option.

The covered deck is accessible off the kitchen/dining area and features a long table seating up to 12 guests. You can also lounge on the outdoor sectional couch that overlooks the backyard.
