The interior of 54 Pelican Bay is very unique. The gorgeous wood plank walls in the main living area are stained to provide the feeling of a classic beach home. The living room is highlighted by a vaulted ceiling, providing open space with an abundance of natural light and excellent leather furnishings. The well-equipped kitchen has been completely refreshed with new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area offers seating for six plus additional seating on the screen porch for four.

When the sun sets and the crew is ready to turn in, 54 Pelican Bay features three marvelous bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the main floor, has a king bed and a freshly modernized bathroom featuring a new sizable tiled shower. The queen guest bedroom is located on the second floor and has a private bath. Finally, the third bedroom is ideal for kids with two twin beds plus a single trundle bed. It also has a private bathroom that has been remodeled with a huge tiled shower. Everyone is guaranteed a great nighttime's sleep at 54 Pelican Bay. Additional Queen Sleeper couch has been added for that additional guest or two.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- There is an outdoor shower available for guest use.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not supplied at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Pelican Bay pool is open May-September and guests will need a pool pass. The pool is not heated.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Pelican Bay pool, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
