The interior of 54 Pelican Bay is very unique. The handsome wood plank walls in the main living area are stained to provide the feeling of a classic beach home. The living room is highlighted by a vaulted ceiling, providing open space with an abundance of natural light and incredible leather furnishings. The well-equipped kitchen has been completely remodeled with new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area offers seating for six plus additional seating on the screen porch for four.

When the sun sets and the crew is ready to turn in, 54 Pelican Bay features three outstanding bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the main floor, has a king bed and a freshly refreshed bathroom featuring a new huge tiled shower. The queen guest bedroom is located on the second floor and has a private bath. Finally, the third bedroom is ideal for kids with two twin beds plus a single trundle bed. It also has a private bathroom that has been modernized with a enormous tiled shower. Everyone is guaranteed a great nighttime's sleep at 54 Pelican Bay. Additional Queen Sleeper couch has been added for that additional guest or two.

- City Ordinances prohibit home events, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a home event, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- There is an outdoor shower available for guest use.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Pelican Bay pool is unheated and is open April 1 – September 30 from 10:00 AM to dusk. The pool deck is closed in the off season.
- Street legal golf carts (LSVs) are allowed in this neighborhood. However, trailers are not allowed in the resort, so carts must be rented and cannot be brought from home. Please contact a local rental agency such as JustBeachyCarts.com for more information.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Pelican Bay pool, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or close by beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-complimentary environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- Driveway accommodates 2 cars.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
