Off the kitchen/dining area is a huge open family room with a huge flat screen TV and a view of the pool from every window, and plenty of seating for the whole family. Outside you will appreciate the roomy backyard, screened porch, and open deck ready for grilling. The back yard also features a large private pool, and lounge chairs to soak up the sun when you're not at the beach. You can also spend your evenings out by the fire pit for s'mores! • Beach towels and beach chairs are not included but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rental companies.
• Gas grille: Propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during office hours.

• Owner at times may have a boat stored on the back/side of the property out of the way.
