This bright and open floor plan home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Beautiful new kitchen with huge center Island with beautiful granite counter tops ,stainless steel appliances, and a flat-top stove. Off the kitchen/dining area is a huge open family room with a enormous flat screen TV and a view of the pool from every window, and plenty of seating for the whole family. Outside you will adore the cavernous backyard, screened porch, and open deck ready for grilling. The back yard also features a large private pool, and lounge chairs to soak up the sun when you're not at the beach. You can also spend your evenings out by the fire pit for s'mores! The outdoor features of this home are made for making memories, so you're sure to have a great time here with the whole family!

• Owner at times may have a boat stored on the back/side of the property out of the way.
