Elegant new kitchen with huge center Island with charming granite counter tops ,stainless steel appliances, and a flat-top stove. Off the kitchen/dining area is a sizable open family room with a huge flat screen TV and a view of the pool from every window, and plenty of seating for the whole family. Outside you will adore the cavernous backyard, screened porch, and open deck ready for grilling. The back yard also features a enormous private pool, and lounge chairs to soak up the sun when you're not at the beach. You can also spend your evenings out by the fire pit for s'mores! The outdoor features of this home are made for making memories, so you're sure to have a great time here with the whole family!
