2026 Beach Restoration Update

The City of Isle of Palms has approved a beach nourishment project planned for Summer-Fall 2026. Although the final schedule has not yet been announced, the work is expected to progress in sections along the shoreline, so any impact to a specific area should be temporary.

We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available and are happy to offer guidance based on your travel dates.

1800 sq ft with 3 sizable bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The first floor features a master suite with an en suite bathroom. Second Floor offers a two great bedrooms with en suite baths and private balconies. Kids room with private bath offers a Daybed with a Twin trundle and a Twin bed.

This home is located in gorgeous Wild Dunes, just a short distance to the beach and Pelican Bay neighborhood Pool. Heated Outdoor Shower also on garage level.

Includes complimentary parking in driveway, a supply of linens and towels per occupancy, washer and dryer, TV, initial starter supply of paper products and detergents, completely equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans.
