Charming Beach Cottage. Designer Furnished with rich hard wood floors. Sizable Kitchen with Screened Porch overlooking the Pelican Bay Lagoon. Soaring Vaulted Ceilings in Living Room. Ample parking for 4 cars. Enormous LCD TVs in Living Room and bedrooms.

1800 sq ft with 3 enormous bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The first floor features a master suite with an en suite bathroom. Second Floor offers a two great bedrooms with en suite baths and private balconies. Kids room with private bath offers a Daybed with a Twin trundle and a Twin bed.

This home is located in pretty Wild Dunes, just a short distance to the beach and Pelican Bay neighborhood Pool. Heated Outdoor Shower also on garage level.

Includes complimentary parking in driveway, a supply of linens and towels per occupancy, washer and dryer, TV, initial starter supply of paper products and detergents, entirely equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans.

*IOP City will begin Shoal Management Beach Renourishment project starting April 7th and is projected to be finished by the end of May. Crews will use emergency access paths near Wild Dunes Property Owners Beach House. Operation are moving between Seagrove to Dunescrest Ln and from Seascape to Ocean Club. Noise/disruption of equipment moving through this area is possible. Equipment is expected to run during low-tide only.

Located near the beach, this cottage is in Pelican Bay, a neighborhood in Isle of Palms. Fort Sumter and USS Yorktown are notable landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wild Dunes Resort Golf Course and Port of Charleston Cruise Terminal. Patriots Point and South Carolina Aquarium are not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
