PLEASE NOTE: The home is stringently non-smoking. Linens and bath towel sets are included for the max. occupancy of the home. A starter kit for each bathroom and the kitchen are supplied. Guests replenish items as they need. Full washer and dryer on the first floor. There is no elevator at this property. Must be 25 years or older to rent.
