There are 4 bedrooms total; 3 located in the main home and 1 located in the new mother-in-law suite. This suite has a separate entrance and features a mini kitchen, full size bed, and full bathroom. The master has a King bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 furnished with 2 twin beds, and bedroom 4 sleeps 2 guests on a queen bed. The additional two guest rooms share a full bathroom at the end of the hall upstairs. The 1/2 bath is effortlessly accessible off of the kitchen.

The enormous screened porch with a TV looks out on the giant fenced in backyard with new turf. The home is the ideal beach hideaway for kids and pups to play and run around. Parlor with a cool drink on the 2nd floor deck for afternoon sun. Fire up the gas grille to prepare your family meal. Soothe your muscles in the hot tub.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is rented exclusively in the summer on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Fireplace not for guest use. $200 plus tax pet fee required per dog. Golf Cart waiver must be signed and drivers must be 21 years or older. Cost is $300 plus tax per week. NO Smoking. Only 3 cars allowed. MUST be 25 years or older to rent.
