There are 4 bedrooms total; 3 located in the main home and 1 located in the new mother-in-law suite. This suite has a separate entrance and features a mini kitchen, full size bed, and full bathroom. The master has a King bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 furnished with 2 twin beds, and bedroom 4 sleeps 2 guests on a queen bed. The additional two guest rooms share a full bathroom at the end of the hall upstairs. The 1/2 bath is comfortably accessible off of the kitchen.

The huge screened porch with a TV looks out on the humongous fenced in backyard with new turf. The home is the ideal beach hideaway for kids and pups to play and run around. Parlor with a cool drink on the 2nd floor deck for afternoon sun. Fire up the gas grille to prepare your family meal. Soothe your muscles in the hot tub.

Close to the ocean and just a 5 min. walk to public beach access. Located half a mile from Isle of Palms Recreational Center. Downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Sullivans Island all within a short driving distance. Great family home for anyone to appreciate the sun and the beach!

Golf Cart waiver must be signed and drivers must be 21 years or older. Cost is $300 plus tax per week. NO Smoking. Only 3 cars allowed. MUST be 25 years or older to rent.
