A classic, lowcountry-inspired beach home, with 4 BR/3.5 BA, plus shiplap details and coastal decor, The Bella House is the ultimate backdrop for a fun-filled beach vacation.

The Bella House invites you in with a welcoming wrap around porch with plenty of room for play plus an inviting screened porch for peaceful afternoons with a glass of tea. The cavernous open floor plain is complete with 10-foot ceilings, generous, comfortable seating and all the modern amenities for a calming hideaway that's just a 5 min. walk to the beach. Outdoors you'll savor nights under the stars around the fire pit.

On the main floor, you'll find the opulent primary suite with a pedestal tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks and roomy closet. Up the stairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms, two of which share a close by hall bath, and the third, appointed with a QUEEN bed includes a private ensuite. On the third floor, an open nook includes twin bunk beds.

With a stay at The Bella House, you'll be steps away from the Links and Harbor Courses within Wild Dunes, The Sand and Sea Spa, and various dining options within the Wild Dunes Resort community.

Appreciate an after dinner cruise along the peaceful streets on a golf cart, or discover the resort by bicycle, and discover spectacular spots off-the-beaten-path and away from the hustle of the main part of the island. For fun outside the Wild Dunes Resort, Isle of Palms features some of the most trendy eateries and cafes east of the Cooper River, and the island offers a wide variety of delicious seafood and other local specialties, including Coda del Pesce, Coconut Joes Beach Grille, both overlooking the Atlantic, Acme Lowcountry Kitchen and the locally adored Sea Biscuit Cafe, that serves up only breakfast, but is well worth the wait. You'll find modren dining options dotted throughout the island, including Long Island Cafe.

If you are looking to take in the rich local history and appeal of the area, head into historic, downtown Charleston - just a 30-min. drive to world-class eateries, shopping, and entertainment. On your way, we recommend taking the breathtaking route through Sullivans Island and stop for brunch, then meander through the “Old Village” and appreciate the architecture of Mount Pleasant's hidden gem. Access
Your Concierge will meet you at the home upon your arrival to check you in. Should our schedules not line up, your Concierge will walk you through how to get into the property. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. The villa is located inside Wild Dunes. Gate passes are required for every car to access Wild Dunes. This property accepts guests up to three (3) gate passes per reservation. Make sure to provide your Concierge with the first and last name(s) in which your gate passes should be under.

Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure. Your Concierge will meet you at the property upon check-in and provide valuable information about the home. Should an in-person meeting not work out, your Concierge will provide you with all the instructions you will need. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you will enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker and Keurig, kitchen cookware and silverware, shower toiletries and soaps, additional linens and towels, air conditioning, cable, and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our enjoyment to provide suggestions for eateries, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).

At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.

The City of Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines and rental termination.

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Isle of Palms. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Isle of Palms vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Many management companies supply Isle of Palms area visitor guide magazines which often include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Isle of Palms visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
  • Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or charges might be applied to your agreement.

During your stay:

  • Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental home.
  • To make sure that damages aren't linked to your stay, make note of any problem areas when you arrive. text the host right away to relay your findings. If there is a dispute, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, television set or coffee maker. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call prevents lots of difficulties.
  • Be respectful. Often times, nearby homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your rental home while you're out. Protect your property!
  • Re-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on good reviews to inspire new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will will be grateful for your review find their best vacation home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
