The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and French doors that open to the screened porch. - This property accepts two dogs under, approved in advance, for a $250 pet fee each. Unauthorized animals brought into the home may incur a minimum $500 fine. The backyard is entirely fenced.
- Beach chairs and toys are not included at the property. Reservations of 4–28 nights include a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear, and guests can reserve equipment after booking.
- This home has access to a community pool, as well as to tennis/pickleball courts. The pool is open from April - October, from 8am to dusk, and is not heated.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or close by beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-complimentary environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
