The broad main floor offers an open floorplan, ideal for entertaining and spending time with friends and family. The roomy living room, which contains comfortable seating and huge flat-screen TV, is enhanced by modern features like sizable windows, coffered ceiling and ship-lap walls. The chef's kitchen is really one to admire! Some of its highlights are the generous butler's pantry, new gas range, wine cooler, dual ovens, beautiful cabinetry and countertops, a farmhouse sink, and a giant central island with four additional bar breakfast stools. The dining area has a farmhouse table with seating for ten.

The primary bedroom, which is also located on the main level of the home, offers a king bed and private bathroom with double sinks, shower, and soaking tub. Adjacent to the primary bedroom is an office complete with working desk and loveseat with pull out. For convenience, there is a powder room (half-bath) and laundry room off these main living spaces.

There are three bedrooms located on the second floor of the home. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the enormous fourth bedroom features a king bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and a sitting area. There are two full bathrooms, accessed via the hallway on this second level, for shared use.

Moving down to the basement level of the home, guests can find the fifth (and final) bedroom as well as the entertainment area. The bedroom on this level contains a queen size bed and private bathroom. Appreciate the additional living room with a flat screen TV, ping pong, foosball, and modest wet bar. Tricks and tips for getting the best Isle of Palms vacation property experience:

How to get the best rental value:

  • To book the largest rental home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Isle of Palms vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
  • Often, management companies supply Isle of Palms area visitor guide magazines which include special deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Isle of Palms visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Narrow your Search:

  • Choose vacation dates and maximum budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Premier, Modern Home! Great IOP Location! has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed counts is regularly accessible online. If they are not listed, call the property owner before booking the rental. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches. You'll need to work out what is best for your trip.
  • If there's a particular Isle of Palms destination you love, look for properties that are either near by, or those that cater to your desires.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. .
  • If your group is bringing pets, you must book a pet-friendly vacation rental. Ask for details on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some property owners charge pet deposits and fees.

Tips for your stay:

  • Add the owner's contact information to your phone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • To ensure that damages aren't linked to your family's stay, inspect the rental for any problem areas upon your arrival. Call the rental manager right away to relay your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, television set or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent many difficulties.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an incredible resource to find the best local spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your rental property while you are away! Don't let thieves spoil your family vacation.
  • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Leave feedback! Hosts rely on good reviews to inspire future bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
