Welcome to 312 Charleston Blvd where modern luxury meets a striking beach home! This is beach living at its best - in style and comfort! This completely remodeled and modernized beach home has all the amenities you need for a memorable and calming vacation and features the absolute ideal peaceful location on Isle of Palms! This home backs up to Ocean Blvd where there is mostly bicycle and golf cart traffic. It is located right across the street from the sanded, seldom used beach path - just a short walk until you meet the sand and waves! 2021 will be its first year on the rental market and it is in pristine condition with a brand new private pool! This home has an inverted floor plan with the kitchen, living, and dining rooms on the upper level along with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The immaculate kitchen has everything you need for cooking a good meal and there is plenty of seating space to eat whether at the dining table, kitchen counter, or outside on the screened in porch. The screened in porch is the ideal spot to sit and savor some morning coffee or evening beverage while looking out at the ocean. The main living room features comfortable furnishings and a sizable intelligent TV with cable and a Roku.

On the lower level you will find 3 more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a second living area with a intelligent TV ideal for kids to appreciate after a long day of swimming. The second kitchen also provides convenience when wanting a cool drink or snack by the pool. The pool deck features multiple seating areas and lounge chairs, as well as a gas grille located off to the side of the home. For added convenience, there is also a beach shower located on the side of the home so to help keep the pool clean from the sandy beach.

We have also included golf balls & putter to enjoy the new putting green & cornhole boards for some backyard fun! This home has been designed with ultimate comfort and relaxation in mind, and will be a home you find yourself wanting to come back to year after year! A few important notes to be aware:
- NO HOME PARTIES. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5 car limit is
also stringently enforced. This home is a family rental, located near year round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, or other types of bigger gatherings.
- For security purposes only, this home has an outdoor camera at the front and back of the exterior entrances of the home. There is no camera overlooking the backyard pool area; only the
outdoor entrances of the home.
- This home is stringently a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL DOES NOT HAVE A HEATER.
- This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach
carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will
