This home has an inverted floor plan with the kitchen, living, and dining rooms on the upper level along with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The immaculate kitchen has everything you need for preparing a good meal and there is plenty of seating space to eat whether at the dining table, kitchen counter, or outdoor on the screened in porch. The screened in porch is the ideal spot to sit and savor some morning coffee or evening drink while looking out at the sea. The main living room includes calming furnishings and a huge intelligent TV with cable and a Roku.
On the lower level you will find 3 more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a second living area with a intelligent TV ideal for children to appreciate after a long day of swimming. The second kitchen also provides appreciation when wanting a cool drink or snack by the pool. The pool outdoor space includes numerous seating areas and lounge chairs, as well as a gas grille located off to the side of the home. For added comfort, there is also a beach shower located on the side of the home so to help keep the pool tidy from the sandy beach.
