The floor plan features a huge open concept with living, dining and kitchen area with ample seating. The designer kitchen is a prepare's delight with all the amenities needed to create memorable meals for family and friends including an abundance of prep space, Thermadore gas stove, and center island with seating for four. Off the broad living area you can open the French doors to savor the screened porch and deck areas.
The first floor primary bedroom features a KING bed and en suite with a huge walk-in shower. A powder room, laundry room and sizable entryway complete this space.
Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms. The second floor primary suite offers a KING bed, enormous walk in closet, double vanities and sizable walk-in shower. You'll also find 3 guest bedrooms, one with a KING bed and its own private bath; another with a KING bed that shares a Jack and Jill bath with the third, upsized guest bedroom consisting of 1 QUEEN bed and 2 additional-long TWIN beds, ideally designed for your huge family or group. Plus, The Olivia House, is located right next door to our sister property The Grace House, should you and your vacation crew need even more room to spread out!
The ground level garage is tailor made for entertaining with a bar area, ping pong table, flat-screen TV, an abundance of comfortable seating, and opens to the private pool with hot tub. This amazing home offers guests everything imaginable for your next vacation or hideaway to the beach.
Isle of Palms features some of the most trendy eateries and cafes east of the Cooper River, and the island offers a wide variety of delicious seafood and other local specialties, including Coda del Pesce, Coconut Joes Beach Grille, Acme Lowcountry Kitchen and the locally appreciated Sea Biscuit Cafe, that serves up only breakfast, but is well worth the wait. You'll find modren dining options dotted throughout the island, including Long Island Cafe which is located right beside Harris Teeter, The Boathouse, located on the water overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Islander 71. Located on the point where Morgan Creek meets the Intracoastal Waterway, Islander 71 overlooks the water and has spectacular vistas. When the sun sets and the nighttime is heating up, head to the ever fashionable The Windjammer beachfront bar.
You'll appreciate days spent by the pool soaking up the sun, and calming tranquility, but The Olivia House also offers an idyllic island town experience that the Isle of Palm locals appreciate. Every property in our portfolio is designed to host only vacation guests, and guests of Luxury Simplified Retreats are expected to abide by the rules and NOISE ORDINANCE enforced by the City of Isle of Palms. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and/or events will result in immediate loss of use. The Olivia House does not allow family pets. No exceptions. The Olivia House is a NO SMOKING property. No exceptions.
Access
Your Concierge will meet you at the home upon your arrival to check you in. Should our schedules not line up, your Concierge will walk you through how to get into the property. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. The villa is located inside Wild Dunes. Gate passes are required for every car to access Wild Dunes. This property accepts guests up to five (5) gate passes per reservation. Only five cars can be at the home at any given time. Make sure to provide your Concierge with the first and last name(s) in which your gate passes should be under.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure. Your Concierge will meet you at the property upon check-in and provide valuable information about the home. Should an in-person meeting not work out, your Concierge will provide you with all the instructions you will need. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you will enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker and Keurig, kitchen cookware and silverware, shower toiletries and soaps, additional linens and towels, air conditioning, cable, and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our enjoyment to provide suggestions for eateries, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
The City of Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines and rental termination.
Minimum rental age is 25.

Located in Isle of Palms, this vacation home is near the beach. Wild Dunes Resort Golf Course and Port of Charleston Cruise Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Front Beach and Waterfront Park. Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are not to be missed. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including birdwatching, fishing, and golfing.
