Overview:
Welcome to Simple Breezy. The name says it all! This completely refreshed 5 bedroom and 4 bath home has top notch finishes in the brand new baths and kitchen. Throughout the home, you will find sophisticated, yet comfortable décor with a calming vibe. The pool is effortlessly accessible from the living room, kitchen and primary suite. There are no stairs from the exterior, including to the pool. This is convenient for guests with little ones or those that don’t get around as comfortably as they once did.
Living Area:
The relaxing living room provides a gorgeous place to appreciate your friends and family. The main living room has a great view of the pool and private yard. There’s also a fireplace and enormous TV for those rainy days, movie nights or to catch the game.
In addition to the main living room, there’s a sitting room with 4 comfortable chairs. This is a nice spot for peaceful conversation.

Kitchen:
Entirely equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, double oven, microwave and dishwasher. When it’s time to show off your signature dish, you will find everything you need. There’s even access to the pool so you can conveniently grab a cold drink or a snack.

1) King primary bedroom with ensuite that includes a soaking tub, huge shower and double vanity. There’s also access to the pool deck. The primary suite is the only bedroom on that side of the home.
