The beach at Summer House accepts plenty of room to throw a frisbee in the sand, play a competitive game of corn hole, or simply to line up one beach chair after another to relax and soak in the sun. Summer House also offers a newly refreshed swimming pool with stone deck and updated furnishings, exclusive to the guests visiting the Summer House community. Load up the two coolers and grab the beach chairs included at this villa with your sandwiches and drinks so you never have to leave the pool or beach. Access to this villa is simple with an elevator just a few steps away. As soon as you step off the elevator you are greeted with an ocean view.

Everyone grab an apron! This striking villa offers guests a roomy and well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a delicious family meal. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. Unwind and take in the beautiful ocean vistas or appreciate a movie on the flatscreen TV after a busy day at the beach. The balcony is the ideal spot to savor the ocean breeze. The balcony has access from the living room and the primary bedroom. The cavernous primary bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen TV. The ensuite bath has a elegantly tiled walk in shower.
