310C Oceanside Villa is a splendid 2 bed 2 bath condo just across the street from the beach and includes a private balcony with peaks of the ocean! Located on Isle of Palm's main strip with restaurant and stores just steps away. Comes with access to the community pool and private fishing pier.

Features a completely equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances throughout. Plenty of seating in the living room and outdoor porch to relax. There is a primary bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom. Additional sleeping in the guest room with a hall bathroom to share.

*Pool closed until the end of March for re-surfacing. This is the tentative schedule based on weather.

PLEASE NOTE: Third Floor unit. No elevator in building. Non-Smoking and no Family Animals. Totally Equipped Kitchen. Linens and towels supplied. There is no washer/dryer in the unit. If necessary a laundromat is right around the corner. Free off street parking with 2 parking passes supplied. Must be 25 years or older to rent.
