Features a completely equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances throughout. Plenty of seating in the living room and outdoor porch to relax. There is a primary bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom. Additional sleeping in the guest room with a hall bathroom to share.

PLEASE NOTE: Third Floor unit. No elevator in building. Non-Smoking and no Family Animals. Entirely Equipped Kitchen. Linens and towels included. There is no washer/dryer in the unit. If necessary a laundromat is right around the corner. Free off street parking with 2 parking passes supplied. Must be 25 years or older to rent.
