Welcome to 303 D Port O Telephone, your completely modernized penthouse with impressive ocean vistas from every room! This classy space offers a modern, yet rustic beachy feel throughout the interior. Vistas spans throughout the entry, screened porch, loft, and the private rooftop balcony.

Whip up a meal in the modern chefs’ kitchen with new cabinets, quartz countertops, appliances, cookery. Savor a meal in the dining room with vistas of the resort golf course. The spiral staircase leads you to our sleeping loft area with full sized bed providing another great private sleeping area. In addition, your own private 4th floor balcony which provides a Birdseye view of the beach and pretty, lush property. An upsized luxury sectional couch comfortably sleeps two for additional accommodations. Step outside the new sliding doors to the screened porch, complete with patio furnishings to appreciate the ocean breeze while overlooking the beach.

This condo has been refreshed with every detail in mind for your comfort and convenience. The completely updated bathroom features a walk-in tile shower, quartz countertop, toilet. The washer/dryer, A/C, heat pump, and water heater (with a hot water booster to ensure you don’t run out of hot water) are all new. ALL furnishings are brand new and modren, including king sized bed, Casper bed, Couch, TV’s, Full-size loft bed, and more!

303 D Port O Telephone is an oceanfront community located in Wild Dunes; an exclusive, gated resort located on Isle of Palms. Guests have complimentary access to a private pool and grille for cooking out. There is elevator access as well as stairs to the entrance. A beach cart is supplied to bring your gear to the beach and pool, as well as multiple beach chairs, beach & pool toys for the kids. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Port O Telephone pool is open year round but not heated.
- There is a community grille available.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Port o Telephone pool, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-returnable accidental damage protection plan has been supplied in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your event up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be included for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a discount.

  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
