The spiral staircase leads you to our sleeping loft area with full sized futon providing a great private sleeping area for kids. In addition, your own private 4th floor balcony which provides a Birdseye view of the beach and handsome, lush property. An upsized luxury sectional couch comfortably sleeps two for additional accommodations. Step outside the new sliding doors to the screened porch, complete with patio furnishings to appreciate the ocean breeze while overlooking the beach.

This condo has been updated with every detail in mind for your comfort and convenience. The completely refreshed bathroom features a walk-in tile shower, quartz countertop, toilet. The washer/dryer, A/C, heat pump, and water heater (with a hot water booster to ensure you don’t run out of hot water) are all new. ALL furnishings are brand new and fresh, including king sized bed, Casper bed, Couch, TV’s, and more!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-returnable accidental damage protection plan has been supplied in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your event up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.

When to go & When to book:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. Booking in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Isle of Palms vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection.
