The location is walking distance to live music, over 12 eateries, shopping, and a first-class beachfront park is just next door.  The location is also walking distance to a full-service butcher, grocery store, and seafood market. This condo faces the ocean, watch extraordinary sunsets and sunrises from your balcony. 315A Sea Cabin is nice and simple, clean, well-kept condo. The kitchen has a full-size oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and sleeper couch in living space. Two modest "ship bunk beds" will provide an appealing space for your little ones to sleep. These bunk beds are not suited for teens or adults. There are 2 TVs, one in living space and one in the bedroom, both with cable TV. Free Wifi is supplied. Parking for one car only. Parking is very close when parking on the ocean side of the building. Private community pool, grille area, coin laundry, and access to THE ONLY fishing pier on the Isle of Palms.
