With pretty wood floors, the living space is comfortably furnished with a queen size couch sleeper, and it has a mounted flatscreen TV. It is open to the dining table which seats guests. The king size bedroom includes a Tempur-pedic bed, flat screen TV and DVD player. The gorgeous bathroom has a bespoke tiled shower and new vanity. For convenience, the villa includes a washer and dryer and wireless internet.

The City of Isle of Palms freshly announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area August - September. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.
