302 Charleston is two miles from the Isle of Palms Recreation Center, which features a exercise room, tennis/pickelball courts, indoor and out basketball courts and a humongous playground. It’s only 12 miles to Historic Charleston.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- This home accepts up to 2 family pets under 50 lbs each for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine.
- EV Charger available.
- The pool can be heated for $100/day (4 nighttime min) with at least 24hrs notice, as long as the average outside temperature is over 55F.
- Guests must supply their own beach towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.
