Besides the long list of convenient amenities and a cavernous layout, you will enjoy the proximity to the beach. You can comfortably reach the beach located within two blocks from the home. Find plenty of eateries, cafes, stores, and much more in this happening area as well so you can enjoy convenience in every way.
