If you're looking for the ideal beach hideaway, you've found it! This beautiful 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is brand new to the rental market and is located on a peaceful, dead-end street with beach access! This luxury home has everything to make your vacation a dream when visiting the Isle of Palms. A fast walk to the beach, comfortable open-air porches, and a pool in the backyard make it simple to appreciate the warm coastal summers.

When walking through the front doors you will be met with the cavernous living room and kitchen. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, white granite counter tops and all the cooking basics you need. With a sizable eat-in island and open concept, this kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals with seating for 12. Elegantly decorated with touches of blue and gold to make the rooms feel bright and airy. The enormous porches give you plenty of space to savor the sunsets or drink your coffee in the morning. Off the living room is the master bedroom with a king bed and also has a modest attached room with a daybed, ideal for a kid to sleep in their separate space while also being close to parents. This bedroom has a tv and private bathroom with double vanities and a walk shower. Off the other side of the living area is another master king bedroom with a, tv, private bathroom and walk-in shower. There is a half bathroom located off the kitchen.

Upstairs to the left is a bunk-bed room, ideal for kids to hang-out. There is another sitting area as well with a huge flatscreen and door to the upstairs balcony. To the right is a king bedroom that shares the hall bath with the bunk-bed room. There are two queen bedrooms that share a jack-n-jill style bathroom. One of the queen bedrooms has access to the upstairs balcony. On the balcony there are two porch swings to relax on. Out back in the fenced in yard there is a swimming pool with tons of patio furnishings to lounge.

- NO HOME PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO FAMILY PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend
nights. The 6 car limit is also stringently enforced. This home is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding
groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of bigger gatherings. Carroll Realty does NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 30 - no exceptions - even
if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO
refunds given. Further, this home is stringently a non-pet friendly home. $1000 fine will be issued if a pet is found to be on the premises at any time.
- For security purposes only, this home has an outdoor camera at the front and driveway side exterior entrances of the home. There is no camera overlooking the backyard pool area; only the
outdoor entrances of the home.
