The Seagrove Villas is a phenomenal community of well-maintained condos surrounded by lush greenery, neighborhood pool, and just steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Within the Resort, it's all about location and this unit is charmingly located within walking distance of the trendy Grandiose Pavilion, Conference Center, and many Wild Dunes stores and eateries.

Enter the villa and immediately savor the modern design with an open floorplan and cavernous rooms. The living room is elegantly decorated with simple, handsome furnishings and neutral accents that complement the natural light from the porch windows. It is ideal for calming and appreciating a good book or gathering around to appreciate the flat-screen TV. Located just off of the living room through the sliding doors, the open-air balcony accepts the guest to take in the gorgeous sights and sounds of the close by ocean. The dining area, with comfortable seating for five guests, is only steps away from the completely-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a nice home-cooked meal.

Also located on the first floor (or main level) is the guest bedroom (Bedroom #2), which contains two twin beds, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. Located in Isle of Palms, this condo is in the city center and on the beach. Fort Sumter and USS Yorktown are notable landmarks, and some of the area's popular attractions include Patriots Point and South Carolina Aquarium.
