Direct access to the beach is simple from 35 Beach Club Villa which features a marvelous screened porch with stairs leading you directly to the beach path. The beachfront screened porch is a very special place where you and your family will want to gather when not at the beach or the private pool for Beach Club Villa guests. Games, coffee, or a family meal are even more special when you can hear the surf and feel the southwest breeze on the screened porch at "Beachfront Bliss."

The cheerful interior of 35 Beach Club Villa is bright and colorful. The living, dining, and kitchen areas feature a roomy open floor plan, maximizing ocean vistas. Flat-screen T.V.s are featured in the living area, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. The master bedroom on the upper level is highlighted by its oceanfront deck providing spectacular vistas of the Atlantic and a ideally private place to soak up the sun or savor an evening drink. A sitting area, a new king bed, and a private bath with double sinks are all featured in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom on the upper level of 35 Beach Club Villa offers both a queen and a twin bed with a private bath. The lower-level guest bedroom now features a King bed and private bath.

Although 35 Beach Club Villa is attractively located on a peaceful stretch of handsome Wild Dunes beach, it is only a short bicycle ride to multiple eateries, a marina, a playground, and the Sand & Sea Spa.

Home Truths:
- City Ordinances prohibit home events, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a home event, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- Unfortunately, family pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Beach chairs/toys are not supplied at this property, please reach out to AvantStay to rent beach chairs/umbrellas.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- The Beach Club Villas pool is unheated and is open April 1 – October 31 from 8:00 AM to dusk. The pool deck is not open in the off season.
- Golf carts/LSVs are not allowed at this complex.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or close by beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-complimentary environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- There is one parking space assigned to the unit.
- There are two other parking spaces that are available on a first come first serve basis.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Please reach out to us before your stay for complete instructions on how to get them.
