Direct access to the beach is painless from 35 Beach Club Villa which features a phenomenal screened porch with stairs leading you directly to the beach path. The beachfront screened porch is a very special place where you and your family will want to gather when not at the beach or the private pool for Beach Club Villa guests. Games, coffee, or a family meal are even more special when you can hear the surf and feel the southwest breeze on the screened porch at "Beachfront Bliss."

The cheerful interior of 35 Beach Club Villa is bright and colorful. The living, dining, and kitchen areas feature a cavernous open floor plan, maximizing ocean vistas. Flat-screen T.V.s are featured in the living area, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. The master bedroom on the upper level is highlighted by its oceanfront deck providing spectacular vistas of the Atlantic and a ideally private place to soak up the sun or appreciate an evening beverage. A sitting area, a new king bed, and a private bath with double sinks are all featured in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom on the upper level of 35 Beach Club Villa offers both a queen and a twin bed with a private bath. The lower-level guest bedroom now features a King bed and private bath.

- Unfortunately, family pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- The pool is not heated.

During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
