Gorgeously refreshed townhome on the 6th green of the Links Course in Wild Dunes Resort. This 1180 sqft vacation home offers fantastic vistas of the approaching shots on the 6th green links course. Totally remodeled from floor to ceiling with new wood floors, bead board ceilings and walls, lighting, bespoke kitchen and bathrooms. Furnished with Coastal Charm.

Enjoying the outdoors is painless with a huge deck off the living room with comfortable seating and vistas of the Links Course. The Fairway Dunes pool is located directly across from the property and don't forget your tennis racquet. The tennis courts are just steps away from the front door. Beach access is only a short 4 mins.' walk and is located directly across from the Fairway Dunes entrance.

Loads of sunshine with additional windows through out the end unit townhome. You will adore the kitchen with new counters, cabinets and stainless appliances. This kitchen is well supplied and ready for those summertime family vacation dinners.

Unwind in the cavernous master bedroom with king size bed and is equipped with a 40 in cable tv. The master bath is complete with new vanity, counters, bespoke tile and glass doors. The kid's bedroom has a marvelous set up with a daybed, Bunk Bed and trundle and access to an open deck overlooking the pool. 32-inch tv with cable. The bath has been entirely modernized with new tiled shower, vanity and lighting.

Crews will use emergency access paths near Wild Dunes Property Owners Beach House. Operation are moving between Seagrove to Dunescrest Ln and from Seascape to Ocean Club. Equipment is expected to run during low-tide only.

When to visit Isle of Palms & When to book:

  • In the Isle of Palms area, The earlier you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Booking your vacation rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal SC. To book the best rental for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Isle of Palms attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Isle of Palms vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.

  • Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Many rental websites make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
