Upon entering the villa you are greeted by the new modern kitchen which includes bespoke cabinetry, quartz countertops, and fresh stainless steel appliances. The huge work area and bar provides seating with four bar stools. An open floor plan offers ocean vistas from the kitchen to the balcony. With gorgeous new wood floors, this space is comfortably furnished with a sleeper couch, dining table seating four, and a enormous mounted TV. The king size bedroom also includes a flat screen tv. Luxury continues into the new bathroom with a bespoke tiled shower and new vanity. For convenience, the villa includes a powder room and a washer and dryer.
The City of Isle of Palms newly announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area August - September. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.
