Upon entering the villa you are greeted by the new modern kitchen which includes bespoke cabinetry, quartz countertops, and fresh stainless steel appliances. The huge work area and bar provides seating with four bar stools. An open floor plan offers ocean vistas from the kitchen to the balcony. With handsome new wood floors, this space is comfortably furnished with a sleeper couch, dining table seating four, and a sizable mounted TV. The king size bedroom also includes a flat screen tv. Luxury continues into the new bathroom with a bespoke tiled shower and new vanity. For convenience, the villa includes a powder room and a washer and dryer.
**Beginning January 28th, Seagrove Villas will be replacing all roofs in this complex which will take numerous weeks to complete. We do not have an exact timeline for each building, but please reach out to our team if you plan to book and we will be happy to check on any updates at that time.
