The Great Room is open to the Gourmet Kitchen and includes a Frame TV, so set your own artwork!

The 5 Bedrooms include a primary suite with both a California King plus a pull-out double daybed ideal for littles who want to be close, 3 Kings, and Bunk bed. Wake up in the cavernous primary suite looking out onto a beautiful mature oak and soak in the stand-alone tub, or get organized for a long stay to rejuvenate and relax with the very huge closet with bespoke wood constructed-ins and drawers. Three more rooms offer a King Size Bed. A 5th room lures in those young at heart with a Bunk Bed, starry nighttime lamp, games, a TV ideal for movies or gaming, kids's books, Thomas the Train, Barbie and her horse, and more. There are 4 Full Bathrooms including a zero-entry shower and tub in the primary suite, 2 more zero entry showers, and a double sink bathroom with a tub.

The Kitchen features brand-new Samsung stainless steel appliances and Italian Tucci pots and pans entirely supplied for your convenience including a breville sear & press grille, vitamix, wireless mixer, k-cup & traditional coffee makers and more. There are handsome sets of both stoneware and melamine dishes ideal for eating in.

The home provides so many areas to congregate together comfortably and create lasting memories whether it is the two comfortable 9 foot long couches and 2 upsized chairs in the living room, a plush L-shaped couch and two upsized chairs on the screened in porch with sounds of the ocean waves, the adirondack chairs around the pool, an upsized Kitchen Island, a granite & oak table seating 8-10 or a round table seating 6 ideal for game nighttime, drinks, or sipping on coffee. The butlery is decked with a wine refrigerator and full ice machine and supplied with glassware and plasticware of every size in hopes to appeal to your taste.

Stepping outside you will find a covered porch and grilling deck, surrounded by palmettos and mature angelic oaks.
