This exceptional second-row home on Palm Boulevard on the Isle of Palms is just what you've been looking for. Constructed in 2015, it offers modern furnishings with a coastal style, 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, a backyard getaway with private heated pool, and it sits less than 100 yards from the ocean and across the street from 23rd Avenue beach access. Additionally, it is just a short walk to island eateries, grocery and shopping and only a 20 min. drive into historic downtown Charleston!

- Fantastic fenced in backyard with private heated pool, patio, lounge chairs, and yard games.

There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one private and one shared), laundry room, and a modest sitting area on the entry-level first floor of the home. On the second main level, you'll find two bedrooms with private baths, including the primary suite, as well as the kitchen, dining area and enormous living space. Head to the third floor of the home to find the additional media room den area with humongous intelligent TV, sectional couch, and rooftop deck. The vistas from this room and level are the best in the home!

For added convenience, the owner has supplied a few extras for their guests: a coffee bar, a charging station, and a highchair for those with traveling with little ones! All of the TVs have Roku streaming devices as well.

Located in Isle of Palms, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Fort Sumter and Charleston City Market.
