This just finished home features the finest that new construction has to offer from charming tile work and fixtures in each bathroom to an open chef’s kitchen with room for the family to gather while meals are prepared. The bright shiplap ideally balances with the wood floor throughout the great room, kitchen, and all bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor. On the east side of the home, a queen guest bedroom can be found with a full bath. The Southeast side features the master bedroom with a king bed and a magnificent master bathroom.

The second level features three bedrooms and a family room overlooking the elevated pool deck. It includes a second master bedroom with King size bed, master bathroom, and ocean vistas. A guest bedroom features a king bed with a private bath. The fifth bedroom features two single beds that can be combined into a king, plus an adjacent space with bunk beds all of which share a Jack and Jill bath.

Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your event up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
