A huge, open veranda porch on the first and second floors of 3100 Palm Boulevard delivers extraordinary beach vistas, as does the open sun deck on the third floor. All of these spaces feature the best in outdoor furnishings. As the warm sun attracts your family to the water, you'll have a tough time choosing among the ocean, hot tub, and first-floor-level, bespoke, Gunite swimming pool. The pool features constructed-in, underwater bar stools, and a tanning deck. You can even place your beach chair inside the pool.
