Brand New Swim Spa coming soon! Welcome to your vacation at the Blue House! This 4 bed, 3 bath home is freshly refreshed in 2023 with kitchen upgrades and all freshly remodeled bathrooms. Appreciate a short 2 min. walk to the beach, as this home is located 3 homes back from the beach. Unwind on the front porch swing catching those ocean breezes and evening sunsets. BBQ on the back deck with propane grille and tiki bar.

On the interior of the home you will two separate living spaces. The upper level includes a comfortable living space, well-supplied kitchen, and dining room. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks. The additional two rooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen, share a full bathroom. The lower level is a guest suite featuring a kitchenette, den area with enormous TV, and stacked washer/dryer. There is a bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom.

This home is located at 5 25th Avenue on striking Isle of Palms, South Carolina. The area has tons to offer with IOP recreational department just two blocks away, including playground, soccer fields, tennis courts, and pickleball. Front beach has tons of eateries and stores. Spend your vacation calming or exploring at this island home.

About the Area

Located in Isle of Palms, this vacation home is near the beach. Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wild Dunes Resort Golf Course and Port of Charleston Cruise Terminal. Check out an event or a game at Credit One Stadium, and consider making time for South Carolina Aquarium, a top attraction not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • Book your Isle of Palms rental in Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Isle of Palms vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.   • If there's an individual Isle of Palms destination you are enamored with, search for properties that are either close by, or those that cater to your requirements.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental
  • If your family is vacationing with pets, filter your search for a property that allows animals. Ask for information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Usually, property managers charge pet deposits and fees.

During your stay:

  • Get the owner's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property.

  • Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
