Savor handsome sunsets on the lagoon and watch the egrets fly in across the water each evening where they nest in the palmettos of a modest island. To appreciate this magnificent view, the home features a sizable deck with comfortable furnishings as well as a gas grille.

Featuring two living areas, there is ample room for the adults and kids to have their own space each evening as they reflect on an exceptional day at the beach or watch one of the latest movies on one of two enormous intelligent TVs. The kitchen is amazing and for many families will be the center of all activity outside of the beach. It is all new with modern stainless-steel appliances and a huge dining room table that seats eight.

The linens is comfortable and plush California king bed in the master bedroom located on the top floor of the home. The master bath has been completely remodeled with a walk-in shower plus a huge soaking tub. A additional feature of the master bedroom is the attached lake view office. The office adds another sleeping option with a futon.

Located on the lower level, 17 Oyster Row has two guest bedrooms that each feature a queen bed. A full bathroom connects these two bedrooms. A sunroom on the lower-level doubles as a incredible kids' bedroom with a twin day bed plus a twin trundle bed.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-returnable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your event up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
