This very bright 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is in Mariner’s Walk complex within the Wild Dunes resort. This unit overlooks the pool and has ocean vistas from both the sundeck off the living room and also the upstairs master bedroom. All three bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms. There is a pull out couch bed in the living room. The Mariners Walk pool has ample space where you can spread out and relax when not feeling the sand in between your toes!



*Please note there are about 15 steps prior to entering the unit
* There is one dedicated covered parking spot in front of the unit. Other spots are first come first serve inside the complex.
Property offers a freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.

Bath Linens and bath towels are supplied, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

About the Area

Located in Isle of Palms, this condo is on the beach. Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Fort Sumter and Charleston City Market. Check out an event or a game at Credit One Stadium, and consider making time for South Carolina Aquarium, a top attraction not to be missed.   • At departure, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
