This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home sits in the epicenter of Wild Dunes Resort with striking ocean vistas, and just steps to the Atlantic.

As you walk into the main level, you are welcomed into the freshly decorated living room and open floor plan. The living room features a enormous flat screen TV and attaches to the open dining room. Attached to the living room, is the first floor queen bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom. Through the dining room, you’ll find the gorgeous wallpaper that decorates the sunroom, where you can spend your time appreciating your coffee, and watching the sun rise. The kitchen includes all new appliances and a cute little nook to appreciate breakfast. Up the stairs, and the primary bedroom is on your left with porch access overlooking the water. This bedroom has a desk to work from the beach and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, dual sinks & a walk-in closet! From the stairs and to the right you will find the laundry room in the hallway to the bathroom which is shared between the bunk bedroom and the queen bedroom. This bunk bedroom is a kid’s dream! Two bunk beds, twin over fulls, and a sizable flat screen tv to relax and watch movies after a long day at the beach. Right next to the bunk room is the queen bedroom which includes a flat screen tv and a huge walk-in closet. This handsome home is just a short walk to the beach, the two Grandiose Pavilion pools, and the Boardwalk. Come and be one of the first families to savor this freshly modernized home!
