We newly bought the home in 2019 after it was completely modernized and made multiple upgrades, including all new furnishings . My wife and I own the unit and I handle all transactions and oversee the cleaning to assure our visitors complete satisfaction. We have raised and are still raising our children here on the island and live right up the road in Wild Dunes.

We are familiar with the rental work. We have another unit at #5 24th Avenue if you are looking for a bigger home as well as the upstairs space B at this address with 3 bedrooms/2 baths, which may be combined with this space if you need more room.

The home is one of the original homes constructed on the island with plenty of charisma and history, newly refreshed. Hope you will come appreciate the home and create some family memories as we have over the years.

As close to the beach as possible without the traffic of Palm Blvd, located one half block off Palm Blvd and (300 yards) to the beach and beach access directly across the street. Within walking distance to the downtown IOP area for eateries and beach bars.

This 4 bedroom, two full bath rental has wood/hard surface floors with tile in both baths, well appointed bedrooms as well as an open living area with very peaceful seating. The unit has two rental spaces (A is downstairs - this unit - and B is upstairs). The spaces can be rented separately or together for huge families. Provides the togetherness and accepting for own space as well. Very comfortable and most first-rate of all very close to the beach(300 yards).

The downstairs/ground level rental has no stairs which makes it simple to access and to unload!!

The kitchen is very well supplied for modest to generous groups with all preparing silverware, pots, pans, blender, mixer, toaster, waffle irons, Keurig, etc.

In the back yard there is a gas grille, a dining table, lounge chairs and umbrella. The backyard is thoroughly fenced and separated from the upstairs for additional privacy and safety for children and family dogs and cats.

All linens, bath, hand and kitchen towels, and wash clothes etc are supplied.

Equipped with new Roku flat screen T.V.s with Amazon Firesticks.

Fees and Taxes:
- Sorry for the inconvenience of no-instant renting feature. We try to prevent under-age drinking and home events. We have teenagers and college students :). I try to respond within 30 mins. for questions and reservations.
- Vacation Rental By Owner will assess a service fee between 6% - 10% of the total amount of rental.
- Optional pet fee of $150.00.
- Cleaning Fee of $300.00.
- The state of South Carolina, County of Charleston and the City of Isle of Palms will collect a total of 14% of total rental. (yeah we know its high). We don't like taxes either...
- Both the service fee and taxes will be billed directly. This will be shown on the "view details" under the dollar amount for the amount due on the rental.
