Located just inside the Wild Dunes gate, this beautiful new home includes 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. Ideal for family vacations, girls hideaway, Bachelorette's, golfer's getaway, family reunion, etc...

Just one block from the beach (4 min. walk), this pretty new build is the ideal spot to stay on the Isle of Palms!
With a huge open concept living, kitchen and dining area no one will be left out. In addition to the open floor plan, you'll find 3 floors of gorgeous coastal décor, plunge pool and an elevator. These three floors of quintessential coastal living will conveniently accommodate your group.
The first floor bedroom/pool room is a great spot to come in from the pool or watch your favorite movie or sporting event and it also includes a couch sleeper and full bathroom.
The second floor includes a amazing master bedroom suite with spa like master bath offering both a sizable walkin shower and alluring soaking tub. The 2 additional bedrooms feature king beds and en suite bathrooms.
Head up to the third floor and you'll find a magnificent open space with 3 beds (queen, full, full) generous sitting area, full bath and walk out balcony.

While parking is limited on the culdesac, this home has room for 4 cars max. The elevator can be called down to the garage area so bringing in the groceries and bags is super smooth.

After a fun filled day on the beach, you can take a dip in the pool (heating costs are additional $150 per nighttime- (4 nighttime min) and/or savor a phenomenal meal gathered around the pretty bespoke made dining table.

As a guest you will have close access to the Links and Harbor Courses within Wild Dunes, The Sand and Sea Spa & various dining options within the Wild Dunes community. Savor the peaceful streets on a golf cart, bicycle or walk away from the hustle of the main part of the island. If you are looking to soak in the history and beauty of the area head into Charleston, just a 30-min. drive to world class dining, shopping, and entertainment. On your way take the spectacular route through charming Sullivans Island and stop for some of the locals favorite dining options- then meander through the “Old Village” and enjoy the architecture of Mount Pleasants hidden gem.

Our local unit management staff will be available to you in the case of an emergency during your stay. They are friendly and knowledgeable to the area in case you need assistance with niceties, planning and logistics prior to arrival. Housekeeping during your stay is not supplied, but a mid-stay tidy may be scheduled at time of renting. Guests do not have access to resort pools, exercise center or tennis courts.
