Searching for the ideal holiday or flexcation home? Look no longer. Welcome to "Carolina in my Mind" in the handsome Isle of Palms. We sit on a peaceful street, Carolina Boulevard and are only a two-min. walk to the beach with smooth, flat beach access. It's important that your holiday stay be magnificent with an exceptional experience. We have thought of everything to make the stay memorable from the quality bed linens and thick bath towels, to a commercial ice maker maintaining an equivalent of eight bags of ice.

Upon entering "Carolina in my Mind" you will realize, this home is like no other. The handsome furnishings and design, many outdoor decks, unbelievable rooftop vistas, to appreciate the pretty IOP sunsets, private pool and cornhole course are just a few of the amenities making this your home away from home. You will not be disappointed.

The difference is in the details:

-Top comfort comforters and duvet covers. Lush bath towels and beach towels and bath luxuries supplied for everybody.
-Well supplied kitchen: All plates, glasses, silverware and bar ware. Outside Grille with propane. Commercial ice maker outdoor. Two fridges. Two one cup Keurig coffee makers and one pot coffee maker.
-Elevator serving all three levels. (Use upon request)
-Private Pool
-Champion style cornhole course (Boards and Bags supplied)
-Two full size decks with sea and pool vistas
-Totally decorated rooftop with striking sea vistas and sunset vistas. Also vistas of the Ravenel Bridge and Sullivan's Island. Ideal sunset drink spot.
-Televisions in each bedroom and bedflex/study. All T.V.s have Roku (can use your code for Netflix, Hulu, etc. Substantial T.V. in family room. Family TV including cable and Roku.
-Playpen and highchair available upon request.
-Beach wagon, cooler, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels and two fishing chairs available.
-Front room office with printer and pull out queen size couch bed. Could be used as a sixth bedroom.
-Outdoor Shower by pool

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Carolina in my Mind is located close to the most pretty spot on the beach. We are located on the peaceful side of the island with wide beaches and away from the traffic and hordes. After a speedy two min. walk to the beach you can walk waterfront and discover a landscape of unmatched beauty along the coast. It's not unusual to encounter dolphins at play or see a sea turtle swimming. Every day you walk will be a different experience. It's the best place to collect meticulous sea shells and make great memories. The breach inlet is just a brief walk from the home , where you can take in the sea wind, gaze at the Ravenel Bridge or go for dinner/libations at the Boathouse Restaurant.

A brief drive to or bicycle ride to Isle of Palms eateries or to Sullivan's Island. A ten min. drive will get you to Mount Nice that has copious eateries and stores. Don't forget Shem Creek where you can savor food and vistas right on the water. Last but certainly not least you are only a 20 min. drive to the "Holy City"...the most attractive Southern city in the world!

HOME LAYOUT

1st Floor
Bedroom with King size bed and ensuite full bath with tub/shower combination.
Study/Bed Flex - Queen size sleeper couch, printer and desk, option to use as an office or bedroom or both.

Thoroughly outfitted kitchen with stone countertops and high end appliances. Island bar seats four people. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and restfully seats ten people. Bar cart in dining area to hold bar items and drinks. Kitchen is supplied with all plates and silverware. Turkey roaster and crockpot for holiday entertaining.

Family room has two full couches that mirror each other and two chairs that share an ottoman, gas fireplace in family room and enormous TV with cable and can also access such channels has Netflix, Hulu, etc. The voice activated remote control makes it simple to channel search. Powder room/half bath off the kitchen.

Deck with two swivel rocking chairs and modest table adjacent to family room which overlooks pool and cornhole area.

2nd Floor -

Master Bedroom - King size bed with double vanity, upsized walk in shower including rain shower head and sprayer. Custom designed closet by Charleston Closet with bounteous drawer space. Master bedroom also opens out to entirely furbished second floor outdoor space with sea and pool vistas and straighforward access to to the rooftop. Includes a one cup coffee machine for relishing a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise from the rooftop.

Bedroom 1 - Two full size beds with Jack and Jill bathroom including own vanity/toilet but shares sizable shower with bedroom two.

Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed with Jack and Jill bathroom including own vanity/toilet but shares sizable shower with Bedroom one.

Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed with full ensuite bathroom and huge walk in shower.

Full laundry room with standard size washer and dryer.

Roof Top Deck - Just off the spiral stairs from the 2nd floor outdoor space is the roof top outdoor space. Complete with table and four chairs, two swivel chairs and one chaise lounge. Ideal area for appreciating great Atlantic vistas, marsh vistas, sunrise and sunsets.

Each full bathroom is supplied with extravagance bath items, make-up towels, lush towels and blow dryer.

For your safety there is a Nest Camera on the outdoor of the home.

The garage can fit three cars in it and there is room for three cars in the driveway. Please do not park in the yard. Vehicles parked on the street will be ticketed.

Diving in the pool is prohibited

Pool is cleaned once a week.

Our home sleeps twelve people agreeably, with the pull out queen sleeper couch you could sleep up to fourteen

Persons renting this home are mandatory to be 25 years old or older
