About this PropertySea vistas and beach access with the second row price!This home, called Sea View, is a beautiful, traditional, sea-side, beach home . It is one of the few historical cottages left on the island. The warmth and beauty are there and we have up-dated and renovated. It has five bedrooms and three full baths . Upstairs, bedroom one has a queen, bedroom two has a queen and bunk, and bedroom three has a queen and twin. Plus there is a day bed in the sun room. The downstairs apt has a queen in one bedroom and a modest bedroom has a double bed. There is a double futon in the living area as well....all of this makes sleeping arrangements more flexible. Two additional, enclosed, beach showers are downstairs as well. There is a monumental outdoor space and screened porch with SEA VIEWS from all over the home. We are seven mins. from Wild Dunes, and 15 mins. from Charleston. The beach access is DIRECTLY in front of the home, and you are just seconds from the water! There is a private pool in the back yard and you are within walking distance of eateries and stores!!!
'Sea View"' is very glamourous and lends itself to a variety of needs with sleeping arrangements to accommodate 2 to 14 visitors restfully.The down stairs is actually an attached, REMODELED (tiled floors and granite tops) 'mother-in-law' apartment which adds to its flexibility.
There is off-street parking for 5 cars. The home is supplied with two separate living areas, fireplace, and huge sun room, as well as washer/dryer. Includes include tongue-and-groove oak walls and heart of pine floors. Flat screen TV's with cable are in just about every room!...and complimentary wi-fi! A private swimming pool adds to the ideal location. The home is just a block from stores and eateries....located at 817 Sea Blvd., IOP..... Prices vary according to the season.
We have added a private driveway and parking space so whether the surf is up or down, there are places to park!
