Welcome to the Brick Pearl!! This immaculate home in the middle of Isle of Palms has it all! The home has been completely refreshed and professionally adorned in 2016.
With 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, the open concept living room/dinning area & kitchen offers the ideal setting for family gatherings or friends looking to reunite!
Private spa and pool in the back yard, the spa is heated but the pool is not.
Savor your morning coffee or have dinner on the screen porch overlooking the private pool & hot tub. The enormous enclosed outdoor shower is ideal after a fun day on the sand.
Each bedroom has has a shabby chic decor and modern furnishings.
All furnishings in living areas and dinning are also new.
Kitchen is thoroughly supplied with all the amenities of home, new stainless steel appliances and fixtures. The home is professionally cleaned between each guest including additional precautions in light of fresh events.
The home is handicap accessible. There are ramps to both the front and back entrances. One bedroom has an enlargened door to fit wheelchairs and the bath also has an enlargened door with hand rails for the shower/tub.
The home is located on 24th Ave, Isle of Palms which is a peaceful street only 3 blocks to the beach. (5 min. walk)
