Located at the premium section of the beach, in all of Isle of Palms, with wide beaches away from the hassle, traffic and hordes of Palm Blvd. Parking is not allowed on Sea Blvd, which dead-ends shortly past our home, making for a very peaceful street and smooth crossing for children and more privacy and enjoyment! Beach access is directly through the back gate, across the street and you can be on the beach in 90 seconds. You will adore the sea vistas from the multiple decks and even from the kitchen. You won't get any closer to the beach, unless you are renting shorefront unit.

Bicycle ride to Sullivan's island eateries, take a brief walk to Breach inlet, The Boathouse restaurant, Main Blvd stores and eateries, as well as a ten min. drive to the Mount Nice Town Center - an outdoor mall with a variety of national chains, locally-owned stores, eateries, and a multi-screen movie theater. You can also be in historic Charleston in only 20 mins. - magnificant dining options, shopping and history - easily a great way to spend a day.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a king bed, fireplace, private bath with shower and claw-foot tub, opening to the lower outdoor space and steps away from the private pool.

Bedroom 2: Two twin beds with ensuite bath.

Bedroom 3: King bed with ensuite bath.

Bedroom 4/Bonus Room: Oversized additional room with full size bed and twin bunk above, as well as entertainment area with seats for children, 40" HD TV/DVD center and mini-kitchen (sink/modest refrig) for the children to gather and have fun away from everybody!

Oversized laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer.

2nd FLOORING -
This is the main floor of the home with an open floor plan and plenty of seating and entertaining areas. Inside is a completely-outfitted kitchen with every delight and preparing tool needed from new stemware & dishware for 20+, to top grade cookware. Dining room to seat 10, and a huge family room with a 65" HD TV.

Bedroom 5: Master suite with king bed, ensuite bath. Opens to outdoor space with sea vistas.

Bedroom 6: Two day beds (twin beds) located across from powder room.

Bedroom 7: King bed and ensuite bath.

Great room opens onto second floor outdoor space with outdoor seating and dining for 8. Amazing sea vistas and constant wind, this will be the place everybody gathers. Webber gas grille on front "grilling" outdoor space, just off kitchen.

ROOF TOP DECK -
Just off the spiral stairs from 2nd floor outdoor space is the roof top outdoor space for wide open sea vistas all the way to the Sullivan's Island lighthouse!

SUMMARY -
This seven-bedroom, five and one-half bath, 4,600 sq. ft. home sleeps 14. Inside dining for 10 at the dining room table and 5 at the kitchen island. There is space for 8 dining on the outdoor upper outdoor space with sea vistas.

Just bring your clothes! We've included everything you will need from all the kitchen items, to beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cart, to DVD's, delight bath products, hair-dryers, and ultra-inviting linens and towels. This is really a comfort unit and you will have a remarkable experience.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

*Pool Heating Fees: $100/day rented, or $500/week. We need 48 hours notice to have the pool heated in time for your stay.

*During April-Sept, units are from Saturday to Saturday only.
