Spectacular home mins. from the beach and Isle of Palms Marina. Very near IOP Marina. Two miles from the Windjammer, Acme and many great eateries. Wild Dunes Harbor course lays between the home and the Intracoastal Waterway.
3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. King Master with ensuite Bathroom. Two Queen bedrooms with a shared full Bathroom with shower and tub combo. Splendid private outdoor shower as well where you can shower under the palms. Enormous dining table, and enormous kitchen island. Big living area with plenty of comfortable seating. Giant fenced in backyard and groomed Palm and Live Oak woods. 40 Palm trees and monstrous live oaks adorn the unit. Three outdoor areas that tie together in the backyard, sizable seating area off of the thoroughly furbished screened in porch. Also an Adirondack area surrounding an straighforward to use and handsome propane fire feature. Adirondacks on the front porch surrounded by lush landscape to savor coffee and watch the scenery, including Wild Dunes Harbor Course.
No Animals unless discussed and approved prior to arrival- with nonrefundable pet deposit. Will consider modest Animals. Pet deposit is per pet.
Washer/Dryer. Entirely outfitted kitchen. TV in Living room- Amazon tv, Netflix, and others on Intelligent Tv. No cable package.
Sleeps 8- using Queen fold out couch. 3 cars allowed per IOP.
Boat rental company, kayak rental company, paddle board rental company, within walking distance at the Marina. Beach umbrella and chair rental companies are on island also. Wildlife excursions within walking distance at the Marina. Jet skiing and parasailing, water skiing, wake boarding, and tubing. Several golf cart rental companies. I can send links to all companies. Another company delivers beach games and cornhole boards etc also.
No Parties, no over nighttime visitors that are not supplied on the initial reservation. No more than 8 people total and no more than 6 adults total. Its a Very calming, and peaceful neighborhood.
Just a note regarding sanitizing: we have always sanitized between visitors pre Covid19 and of course continue to do so. We use Shockwave which is commonly used in hospitals and medical settings and it is extremely effective, yet safe. We also wash everything including blankets, throws,  bed pads, bed spreads, rugs, including our 8x10 Ruggable brand washable rugs. If your stay is 2 weeks or longer we will also have our trusted maid come at a convenient time mid stay at our expense.
