43 Fairway Dunes on the Isle of Palms is ideal for getting away from it all with family and friends in search of a vacation that will make everybody happy. Located only two blocks from the beach, the freshly remodeled home features three bedrooms and three full baths with both golf and pool vistas. The enormous back deck provides the ideal place to spend the late afternoon, watching golfers on the famed Links Golf Course do their best to score a birdie. Outdoor living can also be found on two elevated decks each furnished with comfortable seating. Sunrise to sunset, the outdoor areas at 43 Fairway Dunes are impressive!

The kitchen and each bathroom have been refreshed. The well-equipped kitchen features many recent upgrades such as the appliances and countertops. The living room is roomy with comfortable furnishings. From reliving your ideal beach day to watching the game on the huge-screen T.V., the living room is a happy place to be. The dining room is between the kitchen and living area and has seating for six.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-returnable accidental damage protection plan has been supplied in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your event up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
