This fifth floor vacation home provides amazing expansive ocean vistas on the Isle of Palms. Sip a coffee while you relax on the balcony and savor the cool ocean breeze. The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the oceanfront balcony. The master has an ensuite bath with a gorgeous tiled walk in shower. The second bedroom has one king size bed with access to the full hall bath.

**The Regime of Summer House Villas has informed us there will be repairs occurring to the exterior of the adjacent building through end of May 2024. No work will be done on this unit/building, but the adjacent noise could be disruptive at times**

Please also note the city's noise ordinance for the times of day construction work is allowed:
"The City's Noise Ordinance limits the operation of piledrivers, steam shovels, pneumatic hammers, derricks, steam or electric hoists or any other equipment that creates loud or disturbing noises between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. No construction work will be allowed on Sundays and legal holidays. These regulations do not limit a property owner's ability to perform maintenance and repairs on their own property at any time."
